About This Event
Crucial Reggae Sundays is a free weekly reggae concert series at the Spreckels Temple of Music Bandshell in the Music Concourse of Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. The event takes place on almost every Sunday from March through December and is open to all ages. On Sunday, August 16, 2026, live music is scheduled to begin at 4:30 PM.
The series features reggae music at one of the park’s open-air performance spaces. Weekly hosts include DJ Irie Dole, DJ Guid8nce, and DJ Sep, with special guests appearing each week. The event is presented by Illuminate and San Francisco Recreation and Parks in association with Jah Warrior Shelter Hi-Fi, Nice Up Radio, Dub Mission, and Value Culture.
