About This Event
Iberian Echoes takes place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 2:30 PM at the Musical Instruments Museum, 2 Rue Montagne de la Cour, 1000 Bruxelles. The recital features Portuguese musicians based in Brussels: Pedro Morais Andrade on violin and Manuel Beja Santos on piano.
The programme presents music connected to the folk traditions of Portugal and Spain, with works by Luiz Costa, Luís de Freitas Branco, and Manuel de Falla. It marks the fortieth anniversary of Portugal and Spain joining the European Union and examines musical links between the two countries through works by composers from both traditions.
Entry is free. Registration is required, and admission is first come, first served. Seating reservations are not available.
