Clinton Fearon is a Jamaican-born bassist, vocalist, and lyricist who performed with the Gladiators and worked as a session musician for Coxsone Dodd at Studio One and Lee “Scratch” Perry at Black Ark. He has also written bass lines for artists including Yabby You, Jimmy Riley, Max Romeo, and Junior Byles. His songs are described as carrying messages from the heart, with poetic lyrics and reggae that reaches a wider audience.
The Naya Rockers are led by drummer Nathan Sabanayagam and also include Andy Bassford on guitar, Jon Hawes on bass, and Cameron Greenlee on keyboards. The group has been developing for more than 20 years and has toured and recorded with reggae artists including Stephen Marley, Clinton Fearon, and Kiddus I.
