The Brownsville Latin Music Festival takes place Friday, November 6, and Saturday, November 7, 2026, at The Livivo Music Hall, 800 N. Expressway in Brownsville, Texas. Doors open at 6 p.m. each day. Presented by the Brownsville Society for the Performing Arts, the two-day program includes Latin jazz, salsa, cumbia, Latin rock, flamenco, and dance performances.
Friday’s program features Ache de Barrio, also known as Grupo Aché. The group performs a fusion of Afro-Caribbean salsa, traditional cumbia, and contemporary Latin jazz, with vocals, brass, and percussion.
Saturday features Del Castillo, performing electric flamenco, rock, and Latin rhythms. The band has music featured in Kill Bill Vol. 2, Sin City, and Once Upon a Time in Mexico. The performance includes Albert’s return on bass following his medical recovery and an exclusive vinyl release of the band’s new album, Radio Medianoche.

- Seniors ages 60+ and students: $20 at the door on the event day with valid ID
