Their 2023 "punkadelic" EP, produced by George Spits (known for work with Slightly Stoopid, Damian Marley & Nas, Llammabeats), has garnered rave reviews. Tracks like Backflip and Concrete Hills, produced by John Shields of Little Stranger, showcase their innovative sound. Having sold out shows on both coasts, Big Yen has shared stages with notable acts such as Little Stranger, Stoplight Observations, Of Good Nature, Ty Segall, Alific, Mike Pinto, Vana Liya, George Spits, Aaron Wolf, The Resinators, and Kat Hall.
