Afrobeat and Soca music and movement takes place at The Rose Lipman Building, 43 De Beauvoir Road, London N1 5SQ, with workshops for children and adults.
Wednesday 7 October 2026, 6:00pm–7:45pm — Under 12s
Children will take part in a workshop introducing Afrobeat and Soca music and movement. The session explores African and Caribbean dance traditions while supporting creativity, confidence and enjoyment.
Thursday 8 October 2026, 8:00pm–9:30pm — Adults
The adult workshop explores Soca and Afrobeat rhythms and movement, alongside the cultural connections between African and Caribbean music and dance.
