A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is the stage name of Julius Dubose, an American rapper and singer from the Highbridge neighborhood of The Bronx. He first rose to fame with the underground hit “My Shit,” released on January 17, 2016. His early releases include the debut mixtape Artist, the collaborative mixtape Highbridge the Label: The Takeover, Vol. 1 with Don Q, and his debut studio album The Bigger Artist, released on September 29, 2017.
He later released International Artist on June 20, 2018, Hoodie SZN on December 21, 2018, and Artist 2.0 on February 14, 2020. A deluxe version of Artist 2.0 followed on June 19, 2020 and included nine new songs, including one featuring his daughter, Melody.
