About This Event
3RD CEBU MUSIC FESTIVAL-USA takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at @the Grounds, 700 Event Center Drive, Roseville, CA 95678. Organized by Rolly Wagas, the event is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM.
The festival includes a Sinulog Street Parade at 10:00 AM, followed by a Bisaya Cultural Show at 12:00 PM with live music and cultural dance presentations. The program also features a tribute to Max Surban and Yoyoy Villame.
At 2:00 PM, the Global Bisaya Music Fest features Cebuano and Bisaya bands and artists from across the United States and around the world, with performances across folk, country, reggae, metal, 80s new wave, 90s alternative rock, BisRock, classic rock, and Original Cebuano Music (OCM). The day closes with an All-Star Dance Party from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
