About This Event
Pete Oldridge & the Great Fuss play Motown Hits takes place at The Bassment in Saskatoon, SK, on Friday, July 3, 2026, with doors at 7:30 p.m. and showtime at 8:30 p.m. The event is part of the Northern Soul Series.
For this performance, The Great Fuss will transform into their soul-based alter egos, the Prairie Persuaders, for an evening of Motown classics. The set includes songs associated with The Supremes, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Martha and the Vandellas, and Smokey Robinson & The Miracles.
The night will also feature guest vocalists Falynn Baptiste, Rebecca Schweighardt, and Rylan Schultz, along with a horn section featuring Gord Mosher on sax, Michelle Lee-Klassen on sax, and Ben Fortosky on trumpet. The event is sponsored by Backyard Living Center.
Tickets are subject to taxes, box office and processing fees at checkout. Member tickets are $33, non-member tickets are $43, and only members can use member tickets. Ticket sales are non-refundable.
